EVENT SPONSORSHIP:
Once a year the Friends of Coleman Memorial Park holds a signature event celebrating Coleman Memorial Park. This
celebratory event is designed to raise funds and encourage an awareness of the parks history and natural resources by offering a free
community event focusing on today’s youth. Our 2013 event "Get out and Play" will focus on reconnecting children with nature
through fun outdoor activities. Future stewards of nature and the park begins with nurturing thepassion of today's youth.
Proceeds raised through sponsorships and donations will be dedicated to a new backstop for the regulation ball field. Coleman
Memorial Park provides a “home field” at no charge for several local teams. As many as 140 local youth play on the Coleman Memorial
Park ball fields regularly and more than a thousand athletes visit these facilities each year from local and neighboring communities,
we strongly believe this is a worthwhile endeavor.
WHY SPONSOR AN EVENT?
As a donor or sponsor, you can show your
commitment to Coleman Memorial Park, and have exceptional visibility to our guests. You will be listed as a sponsor on promotional
materials for the event and on our website. A sponsorship is a cash donation and is tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
