Rental of the Veteran's Memorial Amphitheater
Note
that rental of the amphitheater must not conflict with preiously scheduled events, must be approved by both the park board and Music
in the Park, Inc. and will involve fees of $500 or more.
Some things to consider:
If your event is open to the public and once
we have determined that we can accommodate your event, you will need to submit The
City of Lebanon Application for Permit, Parades
and Public Events. This includes, but is not limited to, proof of insurance naming the City of Lebanon and the Coleman Memorial Park
Board of Trustees as additional insured and the submission of a Hold Harmless Agreement that will be prepared by the City of Lebanon.
Upon approval, we will officially schedule your event. All permits are handled through the City of Lebanon. Allow at least 30
days for permits to be processed.
The Veteran's Memorial Amphitheater is located in Coleman Memorial Park. During the summer months Music in the Park host a concert
series. These concerts are on Sundays and start at 07:00 PM, for a complete concert schedule please visit the
